1. A career: “I like when a woman is passionate about something and has interests,” says Earl from Los Angeles. “She doesn’t need to be making tons of money, but if she is supporting herself, and mainly spends her time doing something she is interested in, this is HOT!”

2. Her own plans: Guys don’t like when you put all the pressure on them to entertain you. “I love that sometimes my girlfriend says, ‘See ya, I’ve got girls’ night out tonight!’” says Steve from New York. “It’s attractive that she doesn’t need me to entertain her all the time.”

3. Being a leader: “I like when a woman says, ‘Let’s do this’ or ‘Let’s go there,’ it shows confidence and takes the pressure off me to pick the plans!” says Andrew from Orange County. “It’s also hot when I hear her making plans with her friends, and everyone is kind of following her lead.”
